An introductory package for downhill skiing (Iniski) or snowboarding (Inisurf) which includes a group lesson, equipment rental and a lift ticket. These packages provide the opportunity to discover or rediscover skiing and snowboarding at a bargain price. Nowdays, thanks to the latest gear like shaped skis, it's easier than ever to learn to ski. Why don't you ask your friends to join you? After all, the more the merrier! These programs, designed by the Canadian Ski Council in conjunction with the Quebec Ski Areas Association (ASSQ) and the National Snow Industries Association, are offered at many ski areas in Quebec. * Family Skiing * Good Conditions * Great Location * Affordable Prices This season, Mont Bellevue, located right in the heart of the City of Sherbrooke, is providing even more ways to enjoy snowsports — tubing slides with lift, six illuminated alpine ski trails for night skiing, plus a skating rink, complete with lights for evenings. Snowboarders are delighted with jumps and rails located in a special area reserved just for them. Cross-country skiers are equally happy on their 10 kilometres of marked groomed trails. The watchful eye of the St. John Ambulance ski patrol ensures safe practices are followed by users of the facility. A variety of special activities are planned for the 2009-2010 winter season, keep an eye open for special deals. If you’ve never attempted snow sliding sports and would like to try, or if you just want to polish up your skills, our ski school would be more than pleased to offer you lessons in either alpine skiing or snowboarding. And, before heading home after a day on the slopes in the crispy winter air, why not enjoy a cup of hot chocolate at the snack bar.
